Happy One Year to Da BABY!!!!!

I cant believe Taylor and I have been married a year already. That year FLEW!!! and i hear it only gets faster and faster! So i will remember to enjoy every single second! Well I have thought a lot about Taylor over this past week and gained an even greater appreciation for him, i really am so blessed to have such an amazing husband!!! Here are some of the things i admire about him.
1. Taylor will do anything for me, he will get up at 3am to get medicine for me or if i need something from downstairs, he is down the stairs before i even ask him... he really takes good care of me.
2. Taylor is such a hard worker, he really wants to be successful and tries hard in school, work and especially track!
3. Taylor has the biggest heart to everyone, he cares about everyone and is trusted by everyone. He is a lot of his family member's "go to" person.
4. Taylor rarely ever gets upset with me and if he ever does its generally my fault and i have been egging it on for a while. haha... but really, he is such a peace maker i love that about him... plus i have the hardest time being mad when i see his cute little face... so im glad he is so cute. :)
5. Taylor is hilarious, he makes me laugh out loud at least once a day but usually much more... we have a lot of good memories of laughing our heads off!
6. Taylor likes to cook dinner and sometimes its nice to just sit and let him cook the meal, also he helps me cook a lot of the time and its always really yummy!
7. Taylor loves the gospel and lives it, he makes me want to be a better person and i would like to think that over this past year he has helped me change for the better more than i ever have in my whole life... (well probably besides on my mission!)
8. Taylor helps me to see the good in everyone and everything.
9. Taylor LOVES his mama and treats her with extra love and kindness. That was one of the first things that attracted me to him
10. Taylor LOVES kids and is SOOOO unbelievably cute with them!!! I watch Cannon on tuesdays and sometimes i just sit and watch the way Taylor interacts with him, he is so sweet and loving when he picks him up and talks to him... he is going to be the best dad!
Wow, i could seriously go on and on... but who knows how many readers i have already lost... haha. So i just wanted to Tell Tay that i love him so much and I have had an amazing year being married to him and i cant wait for many more years of happiness and love and laughter! Tay, you are my BEST BEST BEST friend i have ever had!!! I love you soooo much!!! The end.


So... onto the celebration. For our 1 year anniversary We went to the Anniversary Inn thursday night, we decided to do that because it was cheaper on a weekday, and then we were going to go camping friday and saturday up in Sour Dough. So thursday we headed to SLC at about 5:00 pm. We got Olive Garden on the way and ate it at the hotel room. We stayed in the Phantom of the Opera Suite. It was pretty awesome. Here are some pictures. We only took a few because we got distracted. ;)

ok this picture.. haha we found these sweet robes in the room and we took like ten picture trying to make the cheesiest face we possibly could.. pretty much Taylor won because almost everytime the camera would take the picture i would bust up laughing, this is the only one i could even make a face in besides a humongous smile with my head tilted back. The reason i laughed so hard is because everytime it was about to flash Tay would say "bahh" like a rich man and said it was the only way he could get the face right. It was hilarious.
















So friday morning we headed up camping. We got there and went on a paddle boat on the lake, it was nice and very relaxing!! Later we had a fire and ate tin foil dinners.

The next morning we woke up to a rain storm!! not a huge deal... unless, you are up in the mountains camping with a mazda3... ya, a mazda 3, not a truck or anything! So we woke up in the morning and decided we had better leave before it got too muddy that our car got stuck. Another reason we left was because Taylor actually had other plans for saturday that i didnt know about... so we headed down the mountain. This picture shows the after math...

also on the way out our car started sliding and went completely sideways, then the other way sideways i was freaking out!!! Taylor just sat there all calm turning the wheel and got it under control, i thought for sure we were going to wreck the car, but nope... we were just fine. Thanks to Heavenly Father. (we said a prayer right before) So we headed down the mountain and i asked a million questions about where we were going and Taylor just sat there patiently not answering me. haha. We ended up in Logan. His surprise was a nights stay in the Logan Anniversary Inn... in the Mansion Suite!!!! It was beautiful! but im sorry to say, for some strange reason... no pictures??? what were we thinking? anyways so just know it was beautiful and a perfect romantic night! The best way we possibly could have ended our anniversary. I mean, no offense to camping, but a hotel was a lot more... comfortable, for me.
